'Cats compete at CU Invitational

The Wildcats continued their outdoor season on Saturday at the University of Colorado's Invitational meet in Boulder.

In the men's 100 meter, Dakota Patton (Loveland, Colo.) finished in 28th place with a time of 12.14. In the 200 meter, Devon Phillips (Brooklyn, Mich.) had  finish of 27.98. The 400 meter race saw Alan Almeida (Aurora, Colo.) and Bryce Moore (Loma, Colo.) finish back to back with times of 52.11 and 53.08. King Grant-Perry (Cleveland, Ohio) crossed the finish line at 57.28.

Alberto Rodriguez (San Jacinto, Calif.) finished in 7th in the 800 meters with a time of 1:54.56. Steven Juarez (Gering, Neb.) finished the 1500 meters with a time of 4:43.45. Phillips competed again in the 110 meter hurdles, finishing with a time of 17.34. 

The Wildcats will compete again on Saturday, April 22 at the Jack Christianson Invitational at Colorado State University.
