'Cats swept in final match of I.C. Bhakta Invitational

The Wildcats fell in their final match to Oklahoma Panhandle State University 0-3 (10-25, 21-25, 8-25) to finish off their appearance at the 2010 I.C. Bhakta Cowgirl Invitational hosted by New Mexico Highlands University. The 'Cats had previously lost their first three matches of the weekend and fall 0-5 on the season.

Darian Johnson (Sterling, CO) led the 'Cats attack with 6 kills while Jessica Callan (Fountain, CO) had 14 assists and 6 digs. JWU went on 3 and 4 point runs throughout the second set, but couldn't hold off the Aggies.

Johnson & Wales returns to Denver for matches on Thursday and Saturday to kick-off their 2010 home campaign.
