Women's Volleyball Releases 2011 Schedule

Coach Lara Bossow announced the schedule for the 2011 women’s volleyball season this afternoon. The Wildcats will open play at Sterling College in an invitational tournament on September 2 and 3. The ‘Cats will then return to Denver to take on Regis University on the Ranger's home court. JWU’s first home match will be on Wednesday, September 14 at 7:00 PM when they host Air Force Prep.

The Wildcats will host their JWU Invitational on September 23 and 24 welcoming Bethany College (KS), Embry-Riddle (AZ) and La Sierra (CA) over the weekend. Two weeks later, they’ll be back at it with the Wildcat Invitational featuring South Dakota School of Mines, Black Hills State (SD), Arizona Christian and Sterling College (KS) on October 7 and 8 in the Wildcat Center.

JWU will close out their season on the road with a swing through Riverside, California for a tournament at La Sierra University October 15-17 and conference matches against Arizona Christian, Embry-Riddle (AZ) and Cal State – San Marcos in Phoenix on October 28 and 29. The top six teams in the conference will advance to the A.I.I. Conference Tournament at Arizona Christian on November 11-12 where the champion and runner-up will qualify for the 32^nd Annual NAIA Volleyball National Championship.
