Women's XC opens season at CU Time Trial
The Wildcats opened their 2011 season with a strong outing at the University of Colorado Alumni Run/Time Trial on Saturday in Boulder. Freshman Taylor Foust was the first member of the JWU squad across the finish line with a time of 26:31. Cassandra Henion was next with 29:12 followed closely by Casey Hodges at 30:38. Kristina Venhuizen rounded out the pack with a time of 39:17 to close out the 'Cats runners.
The team will travel to Colorado Springs next Saturday to take part in the UCCS Rust Buster Invitational at Monument Valley Park.
