DENVER – Johnson & Wales student-athletes finished with a combined GPA of 3.19 for the winter term.
Overall, that's a slight improvement from the fall term when the total GPA for all JWU Denver student-athletes was 3.12.
Six different Wildcat programs had a team GPA of 3.0 or better, led by women's soccer with a 3.62, followed by women's volleyball (3.58), women's track (3.54), women's basketball (3.49), men's golf (3.30) and men's cross country/track (3.01).
Women's soccer still holds the best GPA for the 2018-19 academic year with a 3.67, followed closely by women's track/cross country at 3.60. Men's basketball (3.06), men's golf (3.27), men's cross country/track (3.07), women's basketball (3.36) and women's lacrosse (3.01) also have a 3.00 combined GPA or better for the academic year.
Women's soccer also has the best cumulative GPA with a 3.60, followed by women's track/cross country at 3.53.
