Five Wildcats named to SCAC All-Sportsmanship teams

DENVER - Five Johnson & Wales University student-athletes were named to the Fall 2019 SCAC All-Sportsmanship Teams, announced by the conference on Thursday.

The SCAC places a special emphasis on sportsmanship each year and is asking all fans of the conference to exhibit good sportsmanship at all conference functions throughout the 2019-20 season.

Each head coach of the five fall sports (men's soccer, women's soccer, men's cross country, women's cross country and volleyball) selected one member from his or her team who best displayed good sportsmanship throughout the season.

Junior Zac Collins (men's soccer), senior Amanda Fischer (women's soccer), sophomore Kaitlin Jones (volleyball) senior Bryce Moore (men's cross country) and freshman Jenny Seda (women's cross country) were named to the SCAC All-Sportsmanship team for their respective sports. These student-athletes epitomize the four tenants of the Wildcat Way - Pride, Courage, Character and Community - defining what it means to be a JWU Wildcat.
