The JWU Denver Athletic Department is excited to introduce our #WorkoutWednesday series, a new home workout video every Wednesday designed to inspire the entire JWU Denver community to stay active in the comfort of their own homes.
Beginning today, April 8, #WorkoutWednesday will focus on different exercises each week through May 13. Each workout is led by a different Wildcat team and can be catered to all levels of fitness.
