Wildcats continue to roll in 96-50 victory

JWU closed out the Flagstaff portion of their Arizona roadtrip with a 96-50 win over Dine College on Saturday afternoon.

The Wildcats flew out to a 26-2 run in the first seven and a half minutes of play. The Warriors couldn't get their offense going in the opening minutes as JWU pushed ahead to a 51-20 lead through the first 20 minutes of play.

In the second half, Johnson & Wales continued to hit their shots and opened a 62-25 lead through the first five minutes. The Warriors started to hit their shots and were able to start cutting into the Wildcat's lead. JWU maintained their output though and continued to press as they took the 96-50 win over Dine College.

Andrew Bonner (Flagstaff, Ariz.) led all players with 29 points and Aaron Stone (Elizabeth, Colo.) finished with 10 rebounds. Three different Wildcats had four assists each.

The Wildcats head to Prescott on Sunday for a matchup with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
