The 'Cats wrapped up their weekend with a second contest against College of the Ozarks.

A jump shot by Bailey Stephens (Flagstaff, Ariz.) after three minutes of play put Johnson & Wales up 7-4 as the 'Cats looked to capture some early momentum. The back and forth action continued for most of the period with each team building a small lead only to see it disappear just a few moments later. With 5:26 left to play in the first half, the Bobcats led JWU 27-21. The Wildcats added a quick five points to pull within one less then two minutes later. Johnson & Wales went back out front at 2:05 as Marshall Moore (Albuquerque, N.M.) hit a three pointer to give the 'Cats a 31-30 lead. JWU led the Bobcats 33-32 at the break.

After trading buckets and leads for most of the second half, College of the Ozarks started to build some distance as the 'Cats offense slowed just under the 10-minute mark. The Bobcats continued to push the tempo late and built a double-digit advantage late. The 'Cats came within four points in the waning minutes but another run by College of the Ozarks put the game out of reach with JWU falling 75-85.

Andrew Romero III (Northglenn, Colo.) led all players with 26 points and brought down 10 rebounds. Jontrell Herman (Duck Hill, Miss.) finished with 16 points and dished out four assists. Brandt Cochran had 19 points for the Bobcats and Heath Carmichael had 10 rebounds.

Johnson & Wales will head to Northern New Mexico College in two weeks where they'll take on the Bobcats and Haskell Indian Nations University.
