DENVER - Two members of the Johnson & Wales University men's soccer team earned All-Conference recognition by the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference, announced by the league Thursday.
A team captain, Bashir-Mohammed led the Wildcats with five goals and 11 points. The native of Darfur, Sudan was tied for second in the conference with 3.0 shots per game and ranked eighth in goals per game (0.42).
A first-year midfielder from Aurora, Colorado, Reimer scored one goal, had two assists and ranked third on the team in shots with 24. He was also key two-way player for JWU, providing playmaking on both ends of the field for the Wildcats.
