Jacob, Moore lead Wildcats at Bronco Stampede

HASTINGS, Neb. – The Johnson & Wales University men's cross country team returned to action Saturday night at the Bronco Stampede.

The Wildcats placed eighth as a team in the 8-kilometer race with a score of 196.

Senior John Jacob paced JWU Denver with a seventh-place finish individually with a time of 27:12.3. Classmate Bryce Moore followed Jacob in 32nd place with a time of 28:57..

Sophomores Noah Llerandi and Cody Lane finished 63rd and 74th, respectively, while freshman Keenan Rimbert completed the scoring for the Wildcats in 76th place.

Freshman Parker Harris (78, 33:10.2) and sophomore Evan Salazar (94, 50:11.8) rounded out the meet for JWU.
